Product Returns:

Customers can return products they have purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be accepted for return, the product must be in excellent condition and not used. Product returns will be credited to the customer’s account in the form of credit or a refund, depending on the original method of payment.

Cancellation of Service Subscriptions:

For service subscriptions, such as training programs or memberships in our club or academy, returns are made after consultation with the club or academy you are a member of. Customers can request the cancellation of their subscription and the return of the corresponding amount if the relevant terms and conditions agreed between the customer and the club or academy apply.
